Diego Polar Bear Float
GO, DIEGO, GO!Take vanilla ice cream out for a float in this unBEARably cute Diego dessert–complete with a marshmallow polar bear that will melt their hearts!

Step 1 : Cut the marshmallow in half crosswise. Cut one half in half again to make 2 semi circles. Press the semi circles on the outer edge of the larger marshmallow as the ears. Pipe eyes and a nose on the larger marshmallow as the polar bear face.
Step 2 : Place the ice cream into a glass. Tint the soda with the blue food coloring. Pour over the ice cream. Add a straw and the polar bear marshmallow.
